DINNER is a multimodal dance theater melodrama about a group of long-time queer friends reckoning with the loss (read: the ghosting) of their leader, Jo. Their grappling is coupled with dancing with overfull wine glasses, two guitars played by one person, one accordion played by two people, and an endoscopy camera inside a human body live on stage. This project was devised over a series of actual dinner parties.
